1. Platform Role
TourMate operates as a marketplace connecting tourists and tour agencies. Refund decisions are primarily governed by the individual tour agency’s policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Trip cancellations within allowed timelines
- Service unavailability or agency cancellation
- Duplicate or erroneous payments
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Last-minute cancellations
- No-shows
- Third-party service fees
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
